Privacy Policy
This policy explains what happens to information you send us after visiting tayseer.me. It describes this website specifically — not the systems we build for client institutions, which are governed by the contracts and data-processing agreements in place with those institutions.

The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- There are no third-party trackers, embeds, advertising pixels or social widgets.
- Fonts, scripts, images and styles are served from tayseer.me itself, so browsing these pages sends no request to any other company.
- There is no form anywhere on this site, so the website itself collects nothing from you at all.
What we collect
Nothing, through the website. Our contact page publishes our address and telephone numbers; there is no form, no submission endpoint and no database behind it. If you choose to write to us, we receive your email in the ordinary way — whatever you put in it, and nothing more. None of it is inferred or enriched from other sources.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard request information for every visit — IP address, timestamp, requested URL and user agent — as part of operating and protecting the service. This is ordinary infrastructure logging and is not linked to any correspondence or used to build a profile.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. It is not added to a marketing list, and we do not send unsolicited email.
Your message sits in our own mailbox and is kept there for as long as the business relationship or enquiry remains live. Because it never passes through this website, there is no copy of it here to secure, leak or delete.
Who else sees it
One service provider is involved in delivering this website, and no others:
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery, including the sign-in function used by our own staff to edit this site.
Email you send us is handled by our corporate mail provider, in the same way as any other business correspondence. It does not touch this website.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models. We disclose it only where we are legally required to do so.
Security
Tayseer Innovations holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its information security management system, independently audited. This website is served strictly over HTTPS with HSTS, a restrictive Content Security Policy and a set of hardening headers, and it accepts no input from the public at all — the smallest attack surface a site can have.
No system is beyond compromise, and we will not claim otherwise. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in this website, please see our security.txt file or write to us directly — we would rather hear from you than not.
Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@tayseer.me and we will act on it. Because we hold very little — essentially the contents of an email you chose to send us — these requests are usually straightforward to honour.
Children
This is a business-to-business website intended for financial institutions. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date shown above. Material changes to how we handle information will be described rather than quietly substituted.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or about information we hold, can be sent to info@tayseer.me, or by post to either of the offices listed on our contact page.
